Our second instalment of quartet music by Mendelssohn is out on Linn Records and all streaming platforms!
It includes Fanny Mendelssohn's only quartet alongside Felix's stormy F minor quartet, written as a response to Fanny's tragic death. The album also features Felix's E minor quartet, Op. 44, No. 2.
